For employers

Support employees with migraine, without anyone having to disclose it.

Migraine is one of the leading causes of disability in people under 50, and most of it stays invisible at work. You offer Ease to your staff. Employees keep a private diary of their treatment path, and you never see who uses it or what they log.

What you get

A benefit that stays private.

  • A migraine diary employees can bring to their own doctor or occupational health
  • Take-up numbers only, in groups too large to identify anyone
  • Material for the invitation, written with you
  • A concrete measure for the Migraine-friendly workplace (Migreeniystävällinen työpaikka) certificate
An attack logged in the Ease app, with whether the medicine worked and whether work was missed.

A pilot looks like this

Small, and agreed up front.

  1. 1

    Scope

Ease is offered to your staff through occupational health or your own channels. Length is agreed with you.

  2. 2

    What we ask

Share the invitation. Nobody has to tell you whether they have migraine or whether they joined.

  3. 3

    How we measure it

Take-up and anonymous feedback, agreed with you before we start and reported back at the end.

Evidence and status

What Ease is today.

Ease is in a closed trial. It's a diary: it counts what people log, and it doesn't diagnose, predict or recommend treatment.

An employee's diary is never shared with their employer. In the Migraine-friendly workplace certificate, a pilot counts under criterion 9, other measures.
